Super friendly staff...every single person working asked how our food was. Chicken had good flavor even with no sauce. Brussel sprouts were amazing. The loaded fries were actually loaded and not just a drizzle of this and sprinkle of that over the top.

Oh, man.. do we love the Howlin Bird! Located in North Canton, Ohio, The Bird is near the North Canton YMCA, Huntington Bank, the Crows Nest Diner, Price Park, and the Hoover Historical Center. Enter through, what looks like the back of the building, and you’ll find a counter with hanging menus to order ahead. Once you order you’ll be able to sit at your leisure. Our staples every time we visit the Howlin Bird are the OG Chicken Sandwich and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. The tenders are breaded to perfection, crispy and juicy. The Nashville is outrageously hot, there is no refund if you can’t handle it, so make sure that you’re up for the challenge. They have various sides to choose from including; a generous portion of coleslaw, grilled brussels sprouts and their delicious Campfire tater tots, which are loaded with chicken, bacon, Nashville seasoning, cheese and pasta. Wash your meal down with an ice cold beer and you have the perfect date night Cheers 🍻

First time here. I didn't expect having to order at the counter and then seat yourself. No big deal, just wasn't expected. Tried the tenders, Nashville chicken, traditional buffalo wings, and brussel sprouts. Everything was good. Nice outside patio, give the place a try.

WHERE have I been? We are continually on the hunt for a great dining experience. I happened upon this spot after being met with closed doors at our favorite sushi place. Who is closed on a Tuesday? Anyway, despite the complete switch of cuisine, we were excited to hit The Howlin' Bird. It did not disappoint. You are going to see a trend naming this spot as the best chicken and waffles in Ohio. I felt it best to judge for myself. The crispy caramelized something somewhere in that dish was extraterrestrial. Insane flavor and juicy chicken. I especially loved that you could get a chicken sandwich for half price on Tuesdays. So specials as well as burger, drink and shake of the month to keep you coming back. And come back we did. Not more than a week later we hit it again for a Mother's Day buffet. It was a great layout and very efficient. That's when I figured out, its the waffles. The chicken is great, but something about the pairing of that and the waffles puts it above the rest. Thanks for the great experience.

We stopped by The Howlin Bird for the first time and overall had a good experience. We chose to sit outside on the patio, but unfortunately the umbrellas weren’t working, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Our food also took a while to come out. That being said, the food itself was really good and made up for the wait. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would come back again—just hoping for a smoother experience next time!
